Ordering, Payment, and Return Policy

Payment
I accept paypal and credit card payments. If you don't have a paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card through paypal or my website.

Shipping
After ordering a board or any products, if I have it in stock, I generally ship the day after receiving payment.   If you order a custom board, it generally takes between 3-4 weeks to receive your completed board.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a board and wish to return it, please CONTACT ME WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of the item for a return authorization. The item must be returned within ten (10) days of the date you received it. Also, the returned item must be in the same condition it was received to receive a refund.

PLEASE, DO NOT return the item without contacting me first. If the return is made without contacting me, the refund will be void.
The refund will be issued minus shipping and handling fees after the item is received and inspected.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Cascadia Longboards provides a one year limited warranty on any defects due to the use of faulty materials/products or workmanship/manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.   This warranty does not cover board failure due to normal wear and tear of your Cascadia Longboard

Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our handmade boards and accessories.  But we also stand behind the beautiful unpredictability of life.  If there is a defect with the materials of workmanship of your Cascadia Longboards product, follow the return guidelines above and we we'll repair or replace it, anywhere, anytime, no hassles.  If your product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we're positive that you've got a great story to tell and a longboard that could belong to no one but you.
